Complaints should be in writing and should provide full details of the complaint, including your complaint ID number and the name of the Complaint Handler where possible/applicable.

The Chief Ombudsman will respond to all complaints within 21 days.

If your complaint concerns the Chief Ombudsman or if you are not satisfied with the Chief Ombudsman’s response to your complaint, you can escalate your complaint to the following:
